Stuffed Sweet Potatoes

Stuffed Sweet potatoes and Stuffed Zucchini are the first two recipes I made from the air fryer book – My husband ate all of them.

I was planning on putting them in the refrigerator to heat up for when we wanted a snack. He kept saying how good they were, and if I could make more.

These sweet potatoes were crispy on the outside, with a delicious filling on the inside.
