We were having leftover soup and rolls; due to how easy this recipe looked, and I had all the ingredients, I decided to add it to our lunch. These are rich and great with bread or crackers. Very easy and quick to create.

Grilled Black Bean and Sweet Potato Quesadillas were made from a recipe I found in a Better Homes and Garden Ultimate Mexican 20011 magazine. The tomato soup was from jars of canned tomatoes a friend gave us from his garden. I want to share a bottle holder we inherited from grandma over 20 years ago. It holds her bottle of brandy which I use a bit of in my tomato soup.
Jim decided to stop by a local farmers stand, and buy 4 dozen eggs to support our locals.

We were drinking a bottle of wine, while he was preparing dinner. So, I took the bottle and poured about 1/3 of it in to the ice cream machine while it was creating the peach ice cream.

Let me share an interesting story about these two. This is Buzzbee and Cali. They are brother and sister. Jim has trained these two young characters to go in to the garage at night, and stay in all night. At 7pm, we go out calling their names, with 2 dishes of food. They are usually already sitting in front of the garage, waiting for us. We turn on their night light – have their beds set up on the riding mower, have their litter box nearby, and bowl of water near the door. We put their food down, and say, “goodnight kids”. They go to their food, and start eating, while Jim closes the door. Every Night.
First thing in the morning, when I tap the garage door opener, they come bounding out of there like, “Here we are! What are we doing, today?!” They then follow us around the property, as we go for a walk. This is what they do during our morning walks – they love for us to play with them, with a stick, while they climb the trees. Characters!
I’ve always been a dog person and never knew cats did things like this. Jim started doing this when they were babies to protect them from the night creatures. It’s not safe in those woods at night. I’m always amazed, every time he calls them in to the garage at night. Characters
Pleasantly surprised – packs a punch.
I bought this for back up when I crave a margarita, and do not have any limes. I poured a packet of this in a glass of water and Wow! I’m impressed. This was a very pleasant taste. A fun way to enjoy a glass of water.
Thinking I’m going to have to order a few boxes. I’m going to add these to my bottled water when I’m out running errands. It’s a great way to drink more water (since water can be boring)
